1. Scope
This policy applies to EcomSeer websites, mobile apps, accounts, dashboards, and integrations. EcomSeer is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
2. Information We Collect
Account and organization information
We collect information provided when an account or organization is created, such as names, login identifiers, organization details, roles, and support communications.
Connected platform information
When a user chooses to connect a third-party platform, we receive only the information authorized through that platform's consent process. For TikTok, this may include:
- An account identifier used to distinguish the connected TikTok account.
- Basic profile information such as display name and avatar.
- Authorized public video information, including stable video IDs, descriptions, creation times, cover or share information, and engagement metrics.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection.
We do not request a user's TikTok password. TikTok authentication takes place through TikTok's authorization flow.
Facebook Page connection and publishing information
When you connect Facebook Pages through Facebook Login for Business, we process the Facebook user identifier and name associated with the authorization, the identifiers and names of the Pages you authorize, their available management tasks, and the permissions granted to EcomSeer. Meta may also display your name and profile picture in its authorization flow. The Facebook publishing service stores your user identifier and name for connection management; it does not need to store your profile picture.
We use the authorized user access token to verify permissions and obtain Page access tokens. User tokens are processed during connection setup and are not retained by the Facebook publishing service. Page access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers to carry out authorized Page operations. We do not ask for or store your Facebook password.
For posts you submit, we store the selected Page, post text, optional link, publishing status, returned Facebook post identifier, timestamps, and the EcomSeer user who initiated the request. Short-lived authorization state is used to protect the connection flow.
When an authorized organization member opens Page comments, we retrieve the selected Page's published posts, comment identifiers, comment text, timestamps, reply relationships, and commenter names where Meta makes them available. These are displayed only within the tenant that authorized the Page. Comments are retrieved on demand and are not retained in the Facebook publishing service database or browser local storage.
Usage and technical information
We collect service activity, task records, device and browser information, timestamps, IP addresses, diagnostic logs, and security events needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
3. How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and provide organization workspaces.
- Connect accounts that their owners explicitly authorize.
- Display connected TikTok profile and video information in content dashboards.
- Associate published content with the correct TikTok video using stable platform identifiers.
- Display authorized Facebook Pages and whether your account has permission to publish to them.
- Send the post text and optional link you confirm to Meta, publish to the selected Page, and show publishing results.
- Let authorized organization members read comments and replies on posts belonging to their connected Facebook Pages.
- Prevent duplicate publishing and diagnose failed or uncertain requests.
- Provide content reporting, engagement analytics, task history, and customer support.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and meet legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information

EcomSeer 由北京妙智盛科技有限公司运营和开发。为提供智能助手、翻译、回复及语音转写等功能，我们根据所使用的服务，将必要的指令、相关消息、会话上下文、文件、知识库片段、任务结果或音频内容交由以下服务提供方处理。
阿里云百炼（Qwen／通义千问）：服务提供方为阿里云计算有限公司，使用中国内地（北京地域）服务处理相关内容。数据按服务所需的最短期限及适用法律要求保存；模型训练及服务改进的数据使用规则依所选套餐和授权约定执行。详情见阿里云百炼服务协议及阿里云隐私政策。个人信息相关咨询可联系 pipaliyun@service.aliyun.com 或 400-80-13260。
我们在处理前取得相关授权。可在“我的 → 协议与隐私”撤回授权，或联系 xiaozhu@miaozhisheng.tech申请查阅、更正或删除。撤回后停止基于该授权的新处理，已处理数据按相应保存和删除规则管理。另行开启的自动任务可在 App 关闭后继续；企业共享任务按其企业授权范围管理。
English: Depending on the service used, necessary task, conversation, file or audio content is processed by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen, China mainland/Beijing). The provider policies above describe retention, data use and contact channels. Users confirm data processing before use and can withdraw authorization under “Agreement and Privacy”.
Optional iOS message notifications
If you allow notifications in the EcomSeer iOS app, we associate a device push token with your signed-in account and use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) directly to deliver new-message alerts. The notification contains a generic new-message notice and internal account, workspace, conversation, and message identifiers to open the correct conversation. We do not include customer names, phone numbers, or message text in these push payloads. Opening a notification requires your current account to have access to the conversation.
You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings. Signing out or an administrator starting to process your account deletion stops new notifications for that session; a notification already handed to the delivery service may still arrive. Push registration is removed when the account is deleted. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, and support providers that process it on our behalf and under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Information obtained from TikTok or Facebook is not shared with unrelated advertisers or data brokers. Content you choose to publish is transmitted to the selected platform and may be publicly visible there. Authorized members of your EcomSeer organization can access the connected Pages and publishing records within that workspace.
5. Storage, Security, and Retention
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, tenant isolation, monitoring, and other reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. OAuth credentials are removed or invalidated after a connection is revoked or no longer required. Some limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is legally required.
In Facebook 运营, disconnecting a Page clears its stored Page access token and disables publishing through that connection. The Page identifier/name and previous publishing records remain available until deletion is requested or they are no longer needed. Revoking EcomSeer in Facebook also prevents subsequent use of the revoked authorization; it does not itself delete records already held by EcomSeer. Follow the data deletion instructions to request their removal.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Users can choose whether to connect Facebook or TikTok and can disconnect accounts from EcomSeer or revoke access through the relevant platform. Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of their personal information.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email xiaozhu@miaozhisheng.tech or use the support channel in your EcomSeer account. Identify the organization and connected account concerned. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. See Data Deletion Instructions for a process that does not require you to sign in to EcomSeer.
7. International Processing
Information may be processed in locations where EcomSeer or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect information transferred across borders.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
